North City Residential
Under development as a joint venture partnership with Shea Homes and Lennar Homes, North City Residential consists of 600+ new townhome and single family for sale units on the western portion of the North City project.
The 40 acre residential community will include a 16 acre activity park and is currently under construction. The community is estimated to be completed by the end of 2028.
