Founded in 1998, Sea Breeze Properties is a family-owned firm built on a genuine belief that great real estate is the result of genuine community investment.

SBP's focus on property management and maintenance is based on a demand for quality and an appreciation of the user experience, while preserving the legacy of the architecture, design and intent of a project.

Our Approach: We work closely with local Community Planning Boards, neighborhood groups, and city staff to obtain their input and understanding of a property. This approach has often forced us to rethink project plans but has always led to more successful and better outcomes for all involved. We believe in giving back to the communities in which we operate through both our projects and volunteer efforts.

We prefer to get involved in properties where creative and intelligent planning, local knowledge and understanding, all combined with experience and hard work, will enhance value and long-term appreciation.
