Founded in 1998, Sea Breeze Properties is a family-owned firm built on a genuine belief that great real estate is the result of genuine community investment — not just financial investment. Our founder, Gary Levitt, has been involved in San Diego real estate development since 1984 and has called this city home since 1982.
"We work closely with local Community Planning Boards, neighborhood groups, and city staff to obtain their input and understanding of a property. This approach has often forced us to rethink our plans — but has always led to better outcomes for everyone involved."
Gary has served as Chair of the Del Mar Mesa Community Planning Group for over 12 years, and as a member of both the Carmel Valley and Torrey Hills Community Planning Groups. That is not a footnote — it is how we operate.
SBP's focus on property management and maintenance is based on a demand for quality and an appreciation of the user experience, while preserving the legacy of the architecture, design, and intent of every project we develop.
We prefer to get involved in properties where creative and intelligent planning, local knowledge and understanding, combined with experience and hard work, will enhance value and long-term appreciation.
