North Commons
North Commons is an eight-story 370-bed student housing complex targeted at first year college students.
Constructed in collaboration with Cal State University San Marcos, the 100,000 SF student housing building feature bedroom pods that group students within a shared communal area. The ground floor includes classroom, lobby and social areas.
